Gender Pay Gap Report
Our Gender Pay Gap Report has been compiled in line with Government legislation which requires all companies with 250 employees or more to publish a range of gender pay statistics.
The statistical reporting requirements fall under the following 6 headings:
1. % difference in mean hourly pay
2. % difference in median hourly pay
3. % difference in mean bonus pay
4. % difference in median bonus pay
5. The proportion of male and female employees receiving a bonus
6. The proportion of male and female employees in each pay quartile
*The mean pay gap is the difference between hourly earnings between male and female employees
* The median pay gap is the difference between the midpoints in the range of hourly earnings between male and female employees
The figures outlined below are an accurate reflection of the reporting requirements and show the differentials in pay and bonus between male and female employees within Lees of Scotland Ltd.
