TGI Friday’s are welcoming a new menu to their 6 flagship stores around the UK and you may spot a familiar face on the dessert menu – Lees Meringues will take centre stage in their new Eton Mess Sundae.

Their Eton Mess Sundae is made with layers of real dairy ice-cream, crushed Meringues, fresh strawberries, strawberry puree and whipped cream. You can also add a shot of Chambord!

The restaurant chain are making Fridays famous again and proudly celebrating their heritage with simple food and quality ingredients, vibrant new cocktails and consistently brilliant service.

Lees Meringues are made with British free-range eggs and are suitable for vegetarians.
