As we say goodbye to a chapter that spans over 14 incredible years, we take a trip back to 1992 where it all began. At the previous Lees factory, a young and talented Production Engineering graduate from Strathclyde University, Shirley, joined Lees from United Biscuits.

Shirley has had a massive impact on the business and her colleagues during her initial spell at Lees and after she rejoined in 2019.  Her dedication and passion for excellence has been the driving force behind countless achievements.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for everything that she has done. Her journey with Lees has been one of growth, collaboration, and unwavering commitment.

At the core of Shirley’s time at Lees has been her team. The bonds she forged, the interactions she cherished, and the leadership she provided have been truly exemplary.

The team at Lees got together on Thursday to wish Shirley all the best in her retirement.
