Easy Lemon Meringue Sundae with ice cream

No cooking time. (Serves 4)

Ingredients:
8 Lees Meringue Nests
Dairy Spray Cream
Vanilla Ice Cream
Luxury Lemon Curd
4 x Shortbread Fingers

Method:
1. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and allow to soften.

Assembling the Sundae:
2. In the serving glasses, layer each component.
3. To serve, crumble the shortbread fingers.
