Throughout the Summer months Lees meringues are popular with consumers, but this year sales have taken off earlier than usual, largely due to the beautiful weather the UK has been enjoying during lockdown.

During this period the team at Lees have produced more than 5 million packs of meringues to satisfy this surge in sales.

Meringues are often topped with fruit, fresh cream or ice cream or broken up with strawberries and cream as part of an Eton mess. An easy to make dessert when enjoying outdoor eating.

Lees Meringues are sold in packs of 8 and are gluten and fat free. The Meringues are suitable for vegetarians and contain only 53kcal per nest.
