It is with great pleasure that The Waverley Bakery, part of the Lees Foods Group, announces that from January 2014, it has been appointed principle distributor, UK and Ireland, for the CREMODAN Emulsifier & Stabiliser System range, part of the DuPont Danisco portfolio.

CREMODAN is used throughout the world by ice-cream manufacturers both large and small. This distribution agreement ensures CREMODAN is available to all, in formats from bag to ten tonnes or more!

Waverley will offer customers technical assistance and advice regarding any challenges and recipes, in addition to training courses held in Waverley Glasgow offices.
