In light of the current situation, it’s crucial that everyone plays their part in supporting local communities and the NHS at this time. A small gesture can make a big difference and spread some happiness.

The nurses at the Schiehallion Ward at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital arranged for Lees Snowballs and Teacakes to be on the snack trolley for their patients.

The children on the ward are not allowed to go to the shop for a treat at the moment so by bringing the treats to them it meant they didn’t have to miss out!
